What you’ll learn
-
Everyone has a voice. Do you know yours? Or, has the world affected your voice so much that you’re unsure what your voice sounds like? We’ll explore AVS—Affected Voice Syndrome, something Dr.Tim wrote about in his book, The Beauty Chasers.
-
Our voices shape over time. Some writers, singers, and painters, don’t come into their own until later in life. Why is this? Should you be worried that time is passing you by? We’ll discuss this and more.
-
How do we write true sentences? Is truth in writing related to truth in our everyday reality? We’ll explore Hemingway’s famous quote about telling the truth in writing—what it means and how it can help us find our voices.
