OH NIGHT DIVINE — ADVENT FAQ
A gentle guide to help you access your Advent reflections with ease.
1. “I purchased Oh Night Divine, but I’m not receiving the emails.”
This is the most common question, and it’s usually an easy fix.
Please check:
Gmail Promotions or Updates tabs
Spam or Junk folder
Emails from timothywillard.com or Substack-style sender names
Still not seeing it?
You can always access Oh Night Divine directly on my website:

(You’ll be asked to log in.)
Once logged in, you’ll see each day’s reflection waiting for you there.
2. “I purchased the Marveling + Oh Night Divine bundle, but I only see Marveling.”
Your bundle is active, don’t worry. To find Oh Night Divine:
Log in here: https://www.timothywillard.com/
Click Login (top right).
You’ll see both courses in your account.
Click on Oh Night Divine to open the Advent reflections.
If you purchased the bundle, you already have access.
3. “Can I purchase Oh Night Divine as a gift for someone else?”
Absolutely — and there are two ways to do it.
Option A (Recommended): Purchase a Gift Card
This is the simplest option, especially for gifting to family members.
Your recipient redeems it and creates their own login so they receive the emails directly.

Option B: Purchase Using Their Email Address
If you already know their email, you can use it at checkout. The reflections will be sent directly to them.
(Using your own email will send the reflections to you, not them.)
If you're unsure, choose Option A.
4. “I can’t log in / I don’t know where my account is.”
Try this:
Click Login (top right).
Enter the email you used at checkout.
If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot Password?”
Most people discover they used a different email (work vs. personal), or their phone auto-filled an old one.
If you need help confirming which email you used, just reach out.
5. “I misspelled my email when I created my account. How do I fix it?”
You can update your email from inside your account:
Log in using the misspelled email (it will still let you in).
Go to Account, Profile, or Settings.
Click on your current email address.
Type your correct email.
Save.
Check your correct inbox for a verification email and click “Confirm.”
Once verified, you’re all set.
6. “I want the full weekly printable instead of daily emails.”
You’re in luck! Every Monday, a full-week PDF will be added to the Oh Night Divine landing page. You can download it there anytime. This will begin on Week 2 of the series.
This allows you to print the week, read offline, and settle into the rhythm however you prefer.
7. “I can’t find Marveling.”
If you purchased Marveling by itself or with the Oh Night Divine bundle, it is always available in your account.
Click Login.
Look for Marveling under “My Courses.” It might be listed with the subtitle of the course, which is: “A guide to be present … “
Click to open the content.
If you purchased the bundle, Marveling is automatically included.
8. “What time do the Advent reflections arrive?”
Reflections typically arrive early in the morning, though exact timing may vary slightly.
If you don’t see the reflection:
Check Promotions, Updates, or Spam
Add timothywillard.com as a safe sender
Log in to read it on the website anytime
9. “What’s included in Oh Night Divine?”
A daily Advent reflection delivered to your inbox
Audio versions embedded in the post for listening pleasure
Access to all reflections on the website
An optional weekly printable PDF for offline reading
The emerging manuscript that will become next year’s printed Advent book

10. “I bought Oh Night Divine but I’m not sure my purchase went through.”
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email:
Check Spam / Promotions
Log in with the email you used at checkout
If you can log in and see Oh Night Divine, your purchase is complete
If you're still unsure, send me your name and email, and I’ll look it up for you.
